Group Reservations:
Coordinating 750 runners is a complicated process, but you can make it easier. If you even think you'll be able to convince others to run with you, we recommend creating a team just in case. This way, others can join your team later or edit their own registrations. And you'll be able to keep track of who's registered from your group and also ensure you all are placed in the same heat.
To take advantage of the "5th Runner Free" discount, full payment and registration information for each individual will be required at payment checkout. Registrations can always be edited later if changes need to be made. Use this to get your lame brother off the couch or to make the first move with the cute guy from the office. Or, take the egalitarian route and everyone can save a little.

EVENT OVERVIEW
Heat Times:
Heat start times will be communicated to all runners by Thursday, June 6th and will occur in the following time windows:

Elite: 9:00am
-
Competitive: 9:10am - 9:45am

Intermediate: 9:50am - 11:30am

Family/Fun: 11:35am - 12:45pm
Packet Pickup and Pre-registered Check-In:
Packet pick-up will be the week of the race (location TBD). This will save you time and eliminate stress on our volunteers the morning of the race. Additionally, you can bring your procrastinating friend to packet pickup to register for the on-site fee of $75. On-site check in (for pre-registered runners) will open at 8:15am June 8th. If you choose to check in on site, please be completed at least 30 minutes prior to your desired heat start time.
Day-of Registration:
When you arrive, find the "Day-of Registration" table on the bottom side of the brick restroom/bathhouse located near the beach parking. Please have your phone available to scan a QR code where you will fill out the appropriate information and make payment using your credit card. Once complete, present your confirmation information at the Day-of Registration table where we will provide your heat number and start time.
Directions and Parking:
Enter East Fork State Park from the South (Bethel) side via State Route 125. Take Elklick Road past the park office. Turn left on Park Road 2 (toward the Beach) and follow it to the parking area adjacent to the Matt Maupin Pavilion. The pavilion will serve as race headquarters. There is ample parking near the pavilion, though carpooling is always encouraged. Attendants will direct you once you arrive at the parking area.
